Yiwu International Expo Center is located in the cultural center area of Yiwu City, north of Jiangdong Road, east of Zongze Road. It adjoins Meihu Exhibition Center to the west and Yiwu River to the north, close to the South Ring Expressway, International Trade City, and the planned Central Business District. It is 1.5 kilometers away from the International Trade City, 10 kilometers away from Yiwu Airport, and 14 kilometers away from the new railway station, with convenient transportation.

Yiwu International Expo Center consists of an exhibition hall and a supporting five-star hotel project. The total land area is 219 mu, with a total construction area of over 296,000 square meters, with a total investment of 1.8 billion yuan. Among them, the main exhibition hall has a total construction area of over 240,000 square meters, providing 5,300 international standard booths; the supporting five-star hotel project has a total construction area of 55,593 square meters, providing 337 rooms (sets) of guest rooms. The project is fully invested and constructed by Zhejiang China Commodities City Group Co., Ltd.

The main body of the exhibition hall is two stories above ground, with a total of 10 standard exhibition halls, one of which can be used as a banquet hall. There are four small exhibition halls and a parking lot on the underground level. The service facilities of the exhibition hall are complete, equipped with a large news release hall that can accommodate 300-500 people, a large multi-functional hall that can arrange meetings for 3,500-4,000 people or accommodate 400 tables of banquets at the same time, a fast food restaurant that can accommodate 2,000 people dining at the same time, nearly 20 large, medium, and small meeting rooms, and a parking lot that can accommodate more than 700 cars. There are also bars, cafes, convenience stores, postal services, transportation services, and aviation services. The exhibition hall is arranged in a fan shape with five two-story rectangular exhibition halls surrounding the central square. A 23.3-meter-high high-ceiling foyer is set in the middle, with a novel and unique layout and a grand atmosphere. The halls adopt an integrated design model, with good fire hazard evacuation functions and independent spaces, allowing different exhibitions to be used simultaneously.

In terms of exhibition hall functions, the flow of people, vehicles, and information is fully considered. The venue has entered the modern intelligent network era, with broadband transmission applied to the overall wiring of the exhibition hall. The audience login system, computer query system, and security inspection system have high levels of intelligence.

The completion and use of Yiwu International Expo Center has improved the level of Yiwu's exhibition infrastructure and laid a solid foundation for Yiwu to develop into a convention city. The supporting five-star hotel project has a total construction area of 55,593 square meters, which can provide 356 rooms (sets) after completion. The hotel has two underground floors and 26 above-ground floors, with a total height of 120 meters, making it the tallest building in Yiwu and the highest-rated five-star exhibition-convention hotel in the Zhejiang Central Region.
